Once your orders are confirmed and if the items are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days free of charge. We deliver our products to you under the assurance of Ups Cargo. If the product you have purchased is out of stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days. Refund will be issued for products that are not in production. The delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the manufacturing time. The delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages. In the event of any inconvenience on our part, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays and festive days.
