MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please carefully read the agreement below before becoming a member of our website.

Parties
a) Aja Jewels Jewelry Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., located at Caddebostan Mah. Köşk Sok. No:5/9 Kadıköy - Istanbul, conducting the activities of the www.ajajewels.com website (hereinafter referred to as "Aja Jewels").
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the www.ajajewels.com website ("Member").

Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the member to benefit from the www.ajajewels.com website owned by Aja Jewels.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other related information provided when becoming a member of the www.ajajewels.com website is accurate under the law and agrees to indemnify Aja Jewels for any damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot provide the password given by Aja Jewels to others, and the right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. Therefore, Aja Jewels reserves the right to claim compensation and other claims arising from unauthorized use against the Member, as well as any claims and demands that may be raised by third parties or authorities against Aja Jewels due to such unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member agrees to comply with legal regulations while using the www.ajajewels.com website and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising will be solely binding on the Member.

3.4. The Member cannot use the www.ajajewels.com website in a manner that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs and harasses others, or for an illegal purpose, infringing on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Additionally, the Member cannot engage in activities (such as spam, viruses, trojans, etc.) that prevent or complicate others' use of services.

3.5. The opinions and thoughts expressed by members on the www.ajajewels.com website are entirely the personal views of the members and bind the owner of the opinion. Aja Jewels has no connection or obligation with the opinions and thoughts expressed by the members. Aja Jewels is not liable for any damages that third parties may incur due to the opinions and thoughts declared by the member, and for any damages that the member may incur due to the opinions and thoughts declared by third parties.

3.6. Aja Jewels is not responsible for unauthorized reading of member data by unauthorized persons and damages to member software and data. The Member agrees not to claim compensation from Aja Jewels for any damage that may occur due to the use of the www.ajajewels.com website.

3.7. The Member agrees not to access unauthorized software and data of other internet users or use them without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising will be solely binding on the Member.

3.8. The Member violating one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible for the violation and exempts Aja Jewels from any legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In case of violation, Aja Jewels reserves the right to claim compensation for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. Aja Jewels has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of its members and delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer when necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Aja Jewels has no responsibility.

3.10. The software and design of the www.ajajewels.com website are owned by Aja Jewels and are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights by relevant laws. They cannot be used, acquired, or modified without permission from the Member. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. Aja Jewels may collect information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site, Internet Protocol (IP) address, date and time of access to the site, and the website address directly connected to access the site for the purpose of improving and developing the www.ajajewels.com website or within the legal framework.

3.12. Aja Jewels may disclose the member's personal information when required as a legal obligation or in cases where it genuinely believes it is necessary to (a) comply with legal requirements and comply with legal proceedings notified to Aja Jewels; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of Aja Jewels and the Aja Jewels website family.

3.13. Measures have been taken within the available means to ensure that the Aja Jewels website is free from viruses and similar malicious software. However, in addition, the user is responsible for providing their own virus protection system and ensuring necessary protection for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems. In this context, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are personally responsible for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences by entering the Aja Jewels website.

3.14. Aja Jewels reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, change or terminate any services provided to users, or delete user information and data registered on the Aja Jewels website.

3.15. Aja Jewels may change, update, or cancel any provision of the membership agreement at any time without the need for prior notice or warning. The changed, updated, or abolished provision will take effect for all members on the publication date.

3.16. The Parties agree that all computer records of Aja Jewels will be considered as the sole and genuine evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK) and that these records constitute an evidence contract.

3.17. Aja Jewels has the authority to send informative emails to members' registered email addresses and informative SMS messages to mobile phones. The member is deemed to have accepted the sending of informative emails to the email address and informative SMS messages to the mobile phone by approving this membership agreement.

Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or until the membership is canceled by Aja Jewels. Aja Jewels may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the membership of the member who violates any provision of the membership agreement.

Resolution of Disputes
In case of disputes related to this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

Effectiveness
The act of the member registering indicates that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually as of the moment the member becomes a member.
