Can I create a set with a product I like?
If you have purchased a product individually, you can create a set by visiting our website. If the product is not available as a set, you can contact us for a custom design.

The ring I purchased is too big/small for my finger, what should I do?
If you inform us of your ring size, we can adjust it to fit your finger for free. For resizing procedures, you can contact us and send the product with the code we provide for free shipping, or you can visit our Aja Jewels store on Bağdat Street.

Will my product be out of warranty if it is repaired by a different jeweler/workshop/person other than Aja Jewels store?
Products that have been intervened, including resizing and adjustment by third parties and/or institutions outside Aja Jewels, will be excluded from the warranty. Click here to see our warranty conditions.
